Default Thinking about getting a Blade 120 SR

Any advice you can offer would be appreciated. Also, I have a Spectrum DX6, or DX6i, I can't remember which one, but can this Tx be used with this heli and is it a better option than using the Tx that comes with the RTF kit? Thanks.

I don't know about the dx6, but the Dx6i would be much better than the tx that comes with the rtf version.

Great step up from the coaxials, and big enough to take SOME wind outside, but doesn't require expert skills.

DX6i would be good. I think (may be wrong) the original DX6 was 1st generation DSM, and the SR120 requires a transmitter with DSM2. The RTF is crap, don't get it.

I won't have a choice but to get the RTF if my DX6 isn't compatible....can the DX6 be upgraded to DSM2 or DSMX?

Thumbs Up from me, I just started flying copters a couple weeks ago, a buddy of mine got me hooked/sold me one of his mcx2's [X(][X(][X(]and last week I had to go buy the SR120, I don't know the difference yet but I am flying it with the cheap transmitter that came with the mcx2 and it works/flies great... but I'm sure it would be fly better with a nicer trans though.

Wow, I completely forgot about this site...posts are so infrequent it's easy to forget about...I did get the 120 and I'm enjoying every minute of it!
