Default Anyone flying the mCP S ?

I got one last month and just passed my 100th flight with it. Been doing lots of inverted practice.

Just wondering if there's any activity here with this heli ...

Here's a couple of flying videos. I'm not a smack-3D flyer, so adjust your expectations ...

Anyone else ?

Don't have the mcps but you have inspired me to pull my old mcpx out of mothballs and get her flying again. Thanks!!

BTW, don't forget to clean up those linear servo's every now and then - they have a habit of getting dirty and causing...controllability issues. lol

Enjoy!

Thanks for the tip!
So far they seem to be okay - I'll keep an eye out for any flakiness.
Good luck with your mCPX

Just got the MCP S for BNF and setup with my DX8 Gen 1 TX, have a question. Has anybody noticed with using the Panic button does the LED on the control board switch from Red if in 3D flight to Blue?

Yes, mine does that too.
Be careful, even if you have throttle hold on pressing the panic button will cause the rotors to start spinning.

I fixed a Blade SR CP that the previous owner had it wired incorrectly and not impressed with the performance. The blade grips have a dampening o-ring between them and the hub that makes inputs slushy. I ended up removing the locking collar weights on the flybar, and it improved ever so slightly. Im used to flying a Logo 10 and a Piccolo Pro back in the day. I think the Blade SR will be good for a first CP helo. I also got a Smaller Blade CP from the same person, but needs the control board and weird servos. Nit sure its worth restoring. That mcp you have seems really nice especially for learning imverted flying.
