Default Blade CP Pro suddenly needs lots of aileron trim

On a recent flight of my Blade CP Pro, I noticed that it wanted to roll to the right a lot. It took a lot of left aileron trim to get it stable, almost all the left trim I had available. It also had a lesser tendency to pitch up and needed some down elevator trim for that. Nothing had changed since previous flights that I know of, no crashes or anything. After the flight, I noticed that the swashplate is now tilted a lot to the left. It used to sit very level.

Any ideas what could cause this? Thanks.
