Now my CX is unstable, why?
We've been flying the blade CX around the house for awhile. I have been through some blades, rotor hubs and other parts. But basically the thing flies great. Just today I replaced the lower blades. The heli has flow well, the blades balance and it's reasonably well-tuned from the info here.
Now the thing is nearly uncontrollable. Every input that used to be correct is now waaay too much.
It also seems that there's too much vibration. If a rotor shaft needs to be replaced, to you get one or both? Does one tend to bend more easily than the other? Could this be my stability/controllability problem or do the little 4-1 controllers go bad?
Help & tips appreciated.
Here' a pic flying it YESTERDAY when it still flew nice.

check your swashplate. Make sure that its not seperated.

Can you explain what a separated swashplate is? I went through many of the tips and mods and saw really only the swashplate leveling post. Thanks!

When you look at the swashplate there is an upper and lower part to it. A seperated swashplate has both of them split. You can just push it back together to fix it. Add a little throttle then add full rudder to one side at a time. If the top blade starts to wobble you either have a bent flybar or inner shaft. If the lower one wobbles it is probably an outer shaft.

If the only thing you changed was the lower blades and now it's a mess, the lower blades may not be tracking correctly. They should track nearly as well as the upper blades. There is no adjustment to adjust lower tracking. If they don't track, replace one of them at a time until you find a pair that play well together. Another trick that works well is to take all of your blades and boil them in water for a few minutes. Four or five minutes will do the trick. The blades get warped in shipping and boiling allows them to return to the factory molded shape.
It could be as simple as that.
A tracking problem at the lower blades shakes the helicopter and that throws the flybar out of balance and that ruins your stable flight.

Yes, Like Solo says, boil them. Heres some videos on how to test and boil them.

Double check the link on the upper rotor. I had the link pop off and mine flew just the way you described. Popped it back and all was good. Hopefully, your problem is that simple too!

Have you ever had a problem with the Xtreme blades being warped? Can you fix them with the boil trick as well?
