Kyosho Competition for mCX
It looks like some major competition for the Blade mCX...
Kyosho has announced the release of a new mini -
http://www.shopkyosho.com/product/pa...20101RSC/410.0
Doing E-Flite and others one better this appears to be about the same size as the mCX but without the coax blades - a straight single bladed helicopter with - so they say - all the trimmings...
"Description Available: Late Novenber This lightweight, full function electric helicopter fits in the palm of your hand and features cyclic control with an included gyro and 4-channel, 2.4 GHz radio system! Enjoy full-function flying and hovering around in the comfort of your home with this amazing full-control, micro-size helicopter. Available: Late November 2008"
According to the website, the price is $179 - or about $80 above the mCX. Stiff, but as the saying always goes, "this is not a toy".
I was about to head down to the LHS when I spotted this one, and am now holding off until the Kyosho surfaces. We are now past late November but these things always get delaye4d a bit...
