Your tail servo plugs into your gyro, the (black, red and orange) wire plugs into your rudder channel on your receiver and the yellow wire is for your remote gain (it plugs into your receiver to).

yep the 3 wire plug goes the the rudder channel.
the singal yellow wire goes the the gear channel.
the yellow wire is the remote gain control.
waite your heli has a tail motor drive rotor not a servo/belt setup right?
the tail motor plugs into the gyro and the gyro plugs into that channel on the reciever.
if you have a open channel that can be controled from the radio then you can use it for the gyro gain/yellow wire
