I'm not getting notices again when some body posts! Most annoying...
I've had the 300x out again & then got really brave & fired up a 450 & managed to bring them both back in in one piece though I didn't do anything fancy w/ the 450! One of the packs for the 300 puffed so I bought a couple more but haven't tried them yet. It's been very rainy & windy here lately.
We have a contract on the house here & they are about 25% complete on the new one! I have to fly down there in a couple of weeks for a pre drywall inspection. Won't be long I'll have to figure out how to pack all this rc stuff!
stump3r! Wow it's been awhile. Sorry to hear you're pulling the plug! If I wasn't moving soon I'd be talking to you about some of those helis! I can't afford to add any more weight to the move! LOL

OK Sir Chuck nicely done. May God give you strength in your endeavors. I think I am gonna get back to flying. I'll see what happens next Saturday. I need to remember that feeling of taking your model home in one piece. Not talking about the stress you can dispose of in the air

Thanks, Phil! But what I really need is the frickin' Wall Street crooks to make my money grow so I can afford this move! LOL Just got back from the pre drywall inspection. I can't wait to get down there. There is a huge field right behind the house that they aren't even thinking of building on yet! Oh, boy, oh, boy, oh, boy!!!

Let me go see what is that..... Okaaaay you got a rc model like that? How big is it. That would look cool about a foot and a half long

We made it! Though we are living in a sea of boxes.
Took the quad out for a spin last night & flew a circle in front of me for the very first time. They weren't pretty but...
They won't let me upload a pic, Sigh...

Just a quick update:
There is a indoor Micro Heli Club here except they haven't meet in months & there is only one active flier left. I met him & we flew in the very small low ceiling gym. Turns out of all the people he knows who fly I am by far the most experienced. Heaven help them! He asked me to help. While I'm pleased to be able to return some of knowledge I got here & else where, it's a scary responsibility. I hoping maybe I can get some others flying.
So to make me feel better, I bought a new heli! I got an ad for an mCPX BL for almost 1/2 off. How could I refuse. It will be here in a couple of days. The goal is to do a flip with it once I feel comfortable its flying OK!
