Default Blade 400 3D

Flew my Blade 3D the other day all went really well ( starting some basic loops and rolls ) until i seem to have lost tail rotor control... i managed to get the bird down with relatively minor damage. i checked the tail rotor control and gyro function all seemed fine until more closely inspecting the tailrotor drive pulley... it seemed to have been cracked and was slipping on the shaft, not sure if this happened before or after the crash though?

Has anyone experienced this problem before?

what difference does it make if i change the gyro modes... any change? and i beleive it can be done in the DX6i

any words of wisdom or thoughts or advice would be greatly appreciated.

I bought a Futaba G520 heading lock gyro. Don't like the way my tail swings back around when going backwards. I haven't installed it yet, but will soon as I figure it out. Good luck with yours.
