Default E flite Ultimate

I'm new to electric planes .

I have everything together and tested all controls, when I tested the motor anything over half throttle the motor seems to rise and fall RPM pulsing but running strong .

Battery is charged and will do the same thing with other batteries . I don't want to try to fly this way .

E flite Outrunner 10 brushless

E flite 40 AMP pro brushless ESC

E flite 2200mAh 11.1V 3S LiPo Battery

Thanks
