Default Electrifly E Performance or E Flight 40" aerobatics?

I have a few questions, First i just built the E Performance Edge 540 from Electrifly(great planes) and i was wondering what motor would be a good motor? Its a 41" span plane......I want to go a lil over powered and im thinking about running the EFlight Park 480 1020Kv motor? Also how are the Eflight 40" inch wingspan planes. EI: RV-9, Extra 260, Pitts Model 12, and the Suhkoi? Are these ARF's as good of quality as the Electrifly E Performance 40"ers?

You can get motors and ESCs that perform as well from Hobby City or _bay, for a lot less $$.

I have the Edge 540 from GP and the E Flite Park 480 is going to be a little small for it. I put the next size bigger Rimfire then they recomend and it flys great. Pulls 380 watts on a 11X5 Xoar Prop and 410 Watts with an 11X5.5 ACP.
