It does have that older style to it, doesn't it? That is what caught my eye. Plug in wings makes it really nice...
It's called a mini, but it is 1640mm ws, and glow is 10cc/.60ci. perfect

Did a quick Google on it. Here's the key line:
The Mini-Scalar flies very well but lacks the ability to perform rolling loops properly, even when overpowered. It just lacks some side-area, it's very compact. PAF exports anywhere but it takes some weeks as the kits are made to order apparently.
A little more digging should get you all the details you need.
