Hobby King foam Decathlon
My 4th electric plane and a honey. Got it for $69 plus shipping.
Quick to build but:
1) the wing hold down holes are to tight and have to be enlarged
2) the battery compartment is too far back for the correct CG - I made my own custom Balsa hatch ( see photos ). With a 1300mAh LiPo no other weight is needed to balance perfectly.
3)Secure the struts at the fuselage with a little screw to prevent it from unclipping in flight
As stable as a trainer on low rates but very aerobatic on extreme rates with plenty of expo mixed in.
