I have the E-Flite Ultimate which flies great.......I'm sure you're not ready for one yet, but it would be a great choice as you progress.....

The E-Flite Rhapsody would be my choice. It builds very quickly and fly's as awsome as it looks!

If you are trying to fly a super cub and admit to not having experience you are not ready for a biplane. You can look around and get some ideas but you should move to a another high wing plane with a flatter wing as the next step , then to a low/mid-wing plane, and then to a biplane.
Balsa planes fly better (in my opinion) but can quickly turn into splinters.
I would practice some more on the super cub since you have it and then get a 4 channel high wing plane and practice on that and then move up through the next steps.

Good advice. The rudder is a great surface to master and the cub is an excellent plane to learn on!
