Default Aerobatic Plane

I have the old extreme flight 45" extra and I would like to upgrade the airframe. It has the Torque 2818T/900 motor and a 35A speed control. Extremeflight states that this motor is perfect for airplanes in the 25-35oz range. I am welcome to any suggestions. I like scale, sport, and especially pattern style aiplanes. (although please no profile or foam) I also spoke with extreme flight about their 48" vanquish and was informed my power system is not enough for that airframe.

Thanks for any suggestions!

Mike

The 2818 will work in a lot of different planes and on 3s or 4s. Teriffic little motor.

For the pattern style of plane, I fly the 2818 in all my 3DHS Vypers. You can sport and precision fly the plane, and if you want, even fly great 3D with it.

Or, if you want more of a scale aerobatic look....
