ESC vs. transmitter for throttle curve setup
Greetings,
If one can use either the ESC or the transmitter to modify the throttle curve, which one should be favored? Also, if using the transmitter for that, could this mess up the ESC?
Thank you in advance.

RE: ESC vs. transmitter for throttle curve setup
Thank you, but not always. A few ESCs allow for throttle curve set up, hence my question as to which one is preferable. Any thoughts?

never heard of that....
Sure you aren't referring to a GOV function?
Love a link to an ESC as I'm always willing to learn...
Cheers!

RE: ESC vs. transmitter for throttle curve setup
Check out the Jeti SPIN ESCs. One can choose between linear, exponential, or logarithmic throttle curves on them. That's not why I bought them (they have other great features), but I’m curious as to how to best use this particular function, if at all.
