Any suggestions for a LIPO charger in the $100 range? Thanks for any help

Chances are you will only need to charge Lithium Polymer (LiPo), Iron Phosphate (LiFe) packs so the AC/DC Passport at $65 should be more than sufficient.

Horizon Hobby tech support is probably the best when it comes to answering any of your phone questions. They may even have a 5 year warranty on charger (keep receipt). HH, always been very good about replacing any defective merchandise free of charge.

i have the imax b6 i think its called...i got it off ebay but i believe hobbyking.com sells them. i paid like 40 bucks with shipping and it does everything i need it to do. li-po, nimh, nicd, life..up to 5 amp charge rate.  they say its a "knock-off" charger but i dont care. i havent had any problems with it. it does everything my friends 150 dollar charger does, i would definately check it out and get it. cant beat 40 bucks either.

Thanks everyone for the help. I've got my charger on order. I went w/ the passport ultra. Expensive, but I like the features it offers.
