Default AXi 5345/16 HD & Phoenix 120HV - settings ??

Hi all.
Finally I been flight my Sbach 300 with:

Motor - AXi 5345/16HD,
Prop - Xoar 23x10
Batt - 2 x Rhino 4900
ESC - Phoenix 120HV

I am supplying log file from my virgin flight.
As you can see that motor in peak got over that manufacture recommended (max is 90A)
Rest of the flight was typical with simple acrobatic and power consumption was about 40-50Amps
The best performance is between 30-70A - so the idea is - install bigger prop and get approx 70A all the time ?
Phoenix 120 have little different settings that AXI recommend. Timing is 20 but they recommend 24
Perhaps the idea is adjust ESC to Out runner?
Screens are from 1st (simple flight) and 2nd (little more acrobatic flight )

Thanks for any advance. This is my first bigger electric plane
