The OS 91 for ducted fans develops 3.7hp at 22000 rpm.
To match that power (3500W) you will need some serious electrics, rather more than just "what motor will I need?".

Unless you have quite some experience in this field I would aim for something that required a good bit less power.

Check out Xreme Power Systems.  They sell Dynamax fans already modofoed for electric so it'll pretty much be a drop-in replacement for your Dynamax/OS combo.  I recommend contacting them with the size and weight info on your jet and they can recommend a fan/motor/battery/esc combination.
