Default Brushed 480 Gear Driven vs .10 Rimfire BL?

I've got a Super Cub with the stock 480 brushed gear driven motor andthinking ofswapping it out with a .10 Rimfire Brushless motor and 30ampbrushlessESC that I have. I've already been using a 3 cell 11.1vLipo in the plane and plan on continuing to use the11.1v battery. Would this be a good swap??? The old 480 does the job quite well but I sorta need a brushed ESC for a Glider and the only one I have is in the Super Cub. If the .10 Rimfire Outrunner Brushless motorwith a 30 amp brushless ESC is a good swap, what should I expect as far as power differences from the old 480 brushed motor?? Thanks

It should definitely have more power than weight: more speed and a good amount of vertical performance. It may turn a bigger slow flyer prop than what you are using.
