nimh to lipo conversion, PZ slow V
Hi.
I've been on the sidelines of flying planes for a bit due to life getting in my way. And now have time and a bit of extra $$ and would love to fly some of my old planes again. First is my Slo V, all my batteries are dead and I would like to try Li-Po's in it. if i watch my flight times, and find one with similar weight will a 2cell work in the slo V or will it damage the electronics? I thought about upgrading the electronics but I have the LED pod that plugs into the X-Port and use to enjoy flying at night.
any opinions? suggestions?
Tanks

A 2 cell 800mah lipo should work great. I think when I had my slo-v I put a blade cp pro2 motor on it with a 3 cell 800mah, but don't push it with a 3 cell.

Thanks for the replies
Buxx it takes a 6 or 7 cell 600mah Nimh battery
my plan is to add some weight and use my Blade CX battery in it.
