RE: battery charger
That gets us close. How fast is up to the user so if an hr is good then we can use 5 amps and 25 volts = 125 watts.
Look for a class of charger that is at least 5 amps and at least 125 watts.
Some from my list are
imax b-8
Venom Pro+
EV815A
EV 612A
ECO 8
BC-8
Triton 2EQ
A-8
Accucel8
It's a great idea to double these figures so you don't quickly outgrow it. This puts you into a bigger class of charger of course.

RE: battery charger
I have (4) of these and they work well. They are out of stock right now.

This is also a good budget one. Get 3 or 4 and never be without a charged battery.

RE: battery charger
Even though those are great deals and will get the job done they won't quite make the specs that stonelor is after. The middle one is 80 watts and is close , but I think he'll need 120 + to do the job required with 6s packs at 5 amps. The other 2 are only 50 watts. I don't want to see anyone be sorry after purchase.
This seems to be one of the cheapest with minimum specs. http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/s...er_w_acc_.html

RE: battery charger
Bantam BC-8 (Chris at work has two of these)
Thunderpower TP820 (also has one of these)
Thunderpower 1430 (i have one of these)
You will need a pretty decent amperage power supply too.....
with the 1430 I can parallel charge 4 6S packs at 30A! 2C charging for 4 packs at the same time.. zoom zoom
