RE: JR XP6102 battery conversion.
I fly a LiPo transmitter battery and only charge that battery about once a month or less. the only disadvantage is if you leave your transmitter on you will cook the battery by overdischarging it. I have been using a LiPo tranmitter battery for 2 seasons now with no problems.

RE: JR XP6102 battery conversion.
Thanks. I have used an E-flite 1000mAh lipo that the use in the SR heli. Plugs right in and works great. Lasts a lot longer that the original NiCad. Have to take out to charge up but that is easy to do. Charges in 40 minutes as well.
