Ok I have yet to find a glue that works great to bond white foam and plastic - has anyone found one they can reccomend??

Have you tried water-based polyurethane? It foams and cures slightly elastic.
Might be worth a try,

Thanks Grant I will check into it - I have a glue I use now but it takes days to harden - in that time you have to keep everything very still - when it does harden it works great but the time is not worth it!

I use orderless ca it works great with most foams and plastics. I also use a kicker that I make my self I boil water and dissolve baking soda in it until it won't hold any more.
