I'm debating between choosing :

A pnp version of a gp seawind seaplane that is 39"ws.all electronics incl a orange rx.....used $90.good condition.

And

A new pnp icon a5 that horizon is selling for $119.

My radio is a turnigy 9x.... so I'll bind a turnigy rx to the plane.

What's a better flying plane on water ?

Which one can fly slower. ... and overall which is better choice?

Get the Icon, although they are different models. If you want lots of speed and aerobatics like crazy get the Seawind, but I hesitate with "used".
