Default FMS 60amp ESC programming?

Hello all. I recently bought a FMS 60amp ESC from Motion RC. I wanted an ESC upgrade for my upgraded Parkzone P-51D Mustang BL. It has a Turnigy G10 1100kv brushless outrunner. It was flying fine on 3s with a 40amp ESC I had bought from Grayson Hobby, however, I wanted to get some serious speed and give 4s a try in the plane. Here's my problem: I cannot find any information on programming the ESC. When I received it, I plugged it in and for some reason, it didn't need throttle end point adjustment (initialization). I believe the timing might be off a little bit. It "stutters" or "pulses" leading me to believe it's either a timing issue, or a faulty ESC. Does anyone know of a video guide, or something similar to to help guide me into setting everything properly within the programming of the ESC via the TX?
