    Throttle lock program on JR

What's the general procedure of a throttle lock program for electric motors on JR radios 9303 or 8103? I know mixing and JR/Spectrum programming, but don't know the general idea of a throttle lock-out. I've been flying RC since 1971, but just picked up an electric seaplane.

Can't help you on this. I have many electric planes and don't have a throttle lock out on any of them.
