Default hobbywing 100a external bec question

Not sure of i should go with an external bec or not i have a Trex 500 esp with stock servos on cyclic with futaba tail servo and gy401. Im installing the hobbywing 100a v3 esc that has the 10a bec in it but debating if i should go with external bec or even maybe a scorpion back up guard? Or maybe just fly as is since my servos are not going to be put to the max only scale flying???*

I don't fly helis so I can't help you. However a 10A BEC is pretty beefy. Don't know what your servos draw or how you plan to fly but 10A will handle most loads. If you went to an external BEC what size BEC would you use?
