Default Making a 4 bladed prop?

I've seen somewhere a thread which showed a guy making a four bladed prop from a pair of MAS props. Thing is I can't find that thread now anywhere!

I'd like to investigate that technique ... can anyone direct me to such a thread or any and all references to such a mod? Seem to be a distinct lack in selection for 4 bladers out there ESPECIALLY contra rotating ones so such a possibility (making one) would be great.

Thanks!

I remember an article a long time ago in Model Aviation, the guy made a jig for his table saw, cut a slot in the back of one and the front of the other, epoxied it all together. No idea of when but it was a long time ago.

Buzz.
