Can blown power to Skyview FPV be repaired

Ok So I connected a 23vDC 400mA power supply to a skyzone v2 and it went pop.

I thought they could take 7 to 26v and 1A but obviously they cannot.

Do you know if they can be repaired or are they completely fried....
