Default electric speed control??? 38lb vehicle 2 24 volt brushed motor

i purchased a used 24 volt electric ride on "mini speeder" (linked below) i am wanting to convert it from ride on to remote control (i am 6'1" 250# not going to happen hahahah)... easy enough to convert steering and the disc break to servo control using 1/5th scale ht/mg servos...<i think alone will require external bec...

the issue i am running in to is choosing a brushed esc... first with the current setup (including 2 12v batteries) it weighs 38# (18# with out batteries)... second it needs dual motor control...

this is only pulling about ~7.5 amps (2 100 watt motors) constant load how ever i may in the future want to upgrade to 350-watt single motor which would take it up to about 14.6 amps) how in the world do i choose a brushed motor controller for this?

link below for reference... (batteries may be upgraded in the future for more run time...)

Convert to brushless ? There are a few threads around about using differential throttle with (2) esc's. Mix one channel with throttle channel.
