balancing rascal

Default balancing rascal

first flight showed rascal tail heavy, had to move battery forward 3.5 inches to balance model. anyone else have this problem ?

That's a very common problem with ANY airplane. Don't worry about it. The important thing is that the plane balances on the prescribed CG point. If that can be done without adding dead weight, consider yourself as possesing mad skills, and go flying

how did your second flight go? sometimes you have to move things around to get it to balance it out. I think you should ask the guy from Methuen to help you, he has a Rascal also.
