Default . help with estimate for "throws"

im scratch building a thomas morse scout. id like to get an estimate for the max degrees the ailerons, elevator, and rudder should move so that I may bevel and seperate the edges the appropriate amount.

its an electric 28" wingspan.

Why not just go ahead and bevel everything 45-50 degrees? You want more "freedom" in the control-surface movement than the servo will need anyway- that prevents stalling and stripping servos, and avoids strain on the hinges.
