Default Where to buy motors?

Where is a good place to buy motors, ESCs, and batteries?

I'm looking for a combo to fly a 5.5 pound 3D plane and don't know where to look. I can only find Hacker and I know that there's more than that out there.

For a start, try www.hobby-lobby.com They have a variety of brushed and brushless motors as well as application information/guidelines. They also offer a variety of gearboxes and Jeti controllers. The paper catalog is a great reference to have on your shelf. Another good source of motors and gearboxes is Maxx Products (www.maxxprod.com).
