GP yardstik.. ACTUALY FLEW~!!
well I bought the GP yardstik last january and half the plastic parts broke and was not powerful enough to fly in stock form... and fiannaly today I got the itch to work on it I took severel pico servos I had lying around a geared speed 400 Motor and a big LI-PO battery.... and wallah its a rocket! it flew out of my hand and climbed to 50 feet in about 6 seconds... checked the controls and trim and it was fine (wind was gusting steady 10MPH!) took it around abit and landed do to the wind... WOW this is gonna be my new fun flyer.. maybe gonna add some ailerons or a bomb drop... the gear was actualy from my slowstick... just to try... Il get some pics as soon as the digital camera charges... anyone else had sucess making this pig fly?

I dont have that plane, but im glad u had sucess! good job! I really want to get a apiex pencam setup or someting to use for aerial photos, but idk how to hook up a switch to it, or use a servo. I dont want to add a ton of extra weight to my thawk, but...what could i do?

I think I you had a servo and a disposabe camera in a wooden hold, set so the servo arm hit the button on hte camera when u used the extra channel that would work.. but it would add alot of wait.. would be neat to add one of those mini cams tho..
