It really depends on what size prop you are going to use. A bigger prop usually equals a higher current draw. Also what size battery are you going to use? This will affect it as well.

The ICS 300 and 400 handle different amounts of AMPS.
GWS ICS 300 is 8 amps continuous, 15 max
GWS ICS 400 is 15 amps continuous 25 max
Never flown 3D, but it looks like it requires using full throttle a lot. Using a 7 cell pack will likely bring you up to the 9 to 10 amp range and more, depending on the prop. I would be tempted to go for the ICS 400 so you know you are operating well within its limits. Prices are not that much different.

You'd better see if you have the Eflite 370-4100 or 370-5400 and then go here
http://brantuas.com/ezcalc/dma1.asp
and plug in your motor, battery type and prop size.
Using a 370-4100, 1100 mah NiMH and 7X5 prop=27.8 amps to motor

It depends a lot on the prop/gear box set-up that you would be using. I have a plane with a 300 motor and the S1 gearing(4:1 I think) and I only have an ICS-100 in that with an 8X6 prop. I would say that if you know you will be pulling a lot of amps go with the 400 or if the prices are within a few buck. Myself I like the Pixie 20 they are a little more cost wise but are smaller than the GWS and can be programmed for the voltage cutoff.
