controler problem
I have a 50A wattage controler that has a narrow adjustment, say at half stick it puts full throtle and have no oportunity to have a low rpm idle, I use it with a gws 350c DX and 2S1200 lipos
What can I do to get a better curve?
Thanks

RE: controler problem
Good question. You may need to talk to the folks at Wattage about this one.
Most ESCs these days automatically calibrate themselves to the signal pulse width of the transmitter. It's possible that this particular one got it wrong. What kind of transmitter are you using? The ATV and/or EPA settings should be at 100% if your transmitter is so equipped.
Are you powering on the ESC before or after the transmitter? You should ALWAYS turn the transmitter on first, and the throttle stick should always be set at an idle/off. If you're plugging in for the first time, it won't hurt to take the prop off the motor too, just in case the throttle channel needs to be reversed, and the motor kicks into full throttle as soon as you plug in the battery.
