perko,check out the classified section here.look at the sail plane section.i see a couple good planes.If it were me i would look at a arf.espcially if you haven't a lot of e-power experiance.You can purchase one rady to go and see if you really like sail plane flying.If you like it i also say subscribe to S&E modler magazine.There is a good selection of scratch building plans for sail planes.A good competition glider would run at least $400.00 u.s.d. maybe more.Sail planes are very big in germany.this is my opinion.Somebody else want to advise??
