75% Scratched built Electric MTK
I got the idea of taking a set of planes for the Morris The Knife to Kinko's and scale them down some for an electric project.
I found that at 75% I would end up with a wing span of 32" and want with that. I then scaled down all the balsa to frame up this plane. I don't have much time as of yet but like the way it flys so far!
Wing span 32"
Fuse length 33"
Weight of just the air frame covered 8oz
Motor Hacker BL20
Prop APC 11x4.7 sf
Servos Blue Brid 306
Recever JR 610UL
Battery Apogee 3S1P 1,570 mAh

RE: 75% Scratched built Electric MTK
I fly with Stomper and this is a great flying bird. If anyone ever builds with contest grade balsa you will throw rocks at all of the arfs you have bought in the past. Great work Stomper, you have a great flying bird there. I am attatching a pic of our next build. Gee Whiz Bee. Fuse and tail feathers are done and hope to build the wing today.. BAD ANDY
