Default Anyone help organize an indoor flying event?

Looking for advice....

There is a YMCA near me with a large indoor tennis building (4 courts) that would be great for indoor flying...

Anyone who has organized something like this...how did you approach the facility?

I don't think walking in and saying, "Hey...can we fly here?" would go too far

Just curious what information, etc. etc. etc. people use when they approach a facility about indoor flying....

Thanks!
Exeter

I would take the pictures from the meet that just happened in Memphis and the one upcomming here in OKC and as them if they'd be interested in working with you to host a meet, and would it be possible to rent the facility for a day or an evening.

Being an old Y employee it would be better if you could have a buddbox assited flying area for kids too.

that help?

Maybe you could make a deal to let spectators in to sweeten the deal, I mean its the YMCA, thats what they do. If that doesn't float your boat, you probably can just rent it anyway.
