Default Travelling with Lithium batteries.

I'm going to Florida for a few days at the end of the month - I'm considering brinigng my E-Flite Ultimate 3D along if I can safely pack it.

I'll be flying cross country of course - whas is the protocol for travelling with these lithium batteries? I know I travel with them in my laptop, phone, etc but not sure if I'll run into problems. I'll likely check the battery but carry on the plane.

This is a long shot of course...not sure I'll do it.

Default RE: Travelling with Lithium batteries.

Lithium batteries are shipped cross-country in padded envelopes. It shouldn't be an issue as long as they're carefully packed.
