Mountain Models Magpie Maiden Report...
This is one of the best trainers out there period! If you need a trainer, forget the Slow Stick! Get the MM Magpie. I couldn't get my Slow Stick of the ground. I tossed the Magpie into a 5mph wind today and off it went. I absolutely love this plane! It loops effortlessly and is so easy to fly. Assembly was straight forward and when I got CA on the foam (which instantly dissolved the foam), Doug at MM got a new piece out to me in no time. Thier customer service is awesome! I can't imagine a better trainer.
I was so close to giving up this hobby, but now I'm hooked (yet again!). Thanks Mountain Models!!!!

Glad to hear the Magpie saved you from giving up on the hobby. Mountain Models makes some of the nicest electric powered models out there imo.
