Yes, there are many. Hacker and Kontronik both make them and there are others too.

Lehner also makes a 400/480 equivalent.

Don't forget Mega, Astroflight and Aveox.

Castle Creations also has Brushless Controlers.

Just bought an Astro 020 brushless with combined controller from Graves Orlando. Try Astro website (http://www.astroflight.com) for details. They do 3 types namely 802 direct, 802 geared and planetary. I have motor leaflet which gives tech details. Can scan it and send by email if you want.
Cheers

...the Mega 16/15/x series are awesome! - same weight as a Speed 400 and much more powerful & efficient - plus, 7-8 cells is plenty to bring out this increased performance! - they're highly recommended on Ezone...many posts...

...example: Speed 400 can motor, MA 5.5x4.5 prop, 8-CP1300's - 12,000 to 14,000 RPM's...

...a Mega 3 turn with the same prop & batteries will tach 22,000 RPM's...

I can recommend the Mega 16/15/4 on 8 cells as a general speed 400 upgrade. An 18-amp speed control from MGM, Jeti (or others) is fine. It can also be run on 10 cells with a 30-amp controller.

The 16/15/3 is better suited for small 50MPH+ speed deamons.

I use a 16/15/4 w/ Jeti 30-3p on my Zagi and Pico-Jet. Got it here: http://www.nesail.com/megamotor/ACn16-15-4.htm

Default MiniAC1215/16 Phoenix 25/GWS B GB

I bought the combo assembled ready to fly from Doug Binder, am happy with it, has nearly double the power of a geared S400 at about the same or less weight, using a 10X8 GWS prop. 12" props are don't work well with this combo, 11 " are OK. Needs 8 HE 1100 or 8 Kan 950 cells.

I understand that Doug (Mountain Models) is now selling the same combo with cheaper, but as-good, Razor 300 motor.
