Do you mean just hot wire foam cutter or full 3D carving?
I have 4x8x2' (feet) 3D CNC router table capable of cutting wood, foam aluminum etc. with 0.002" tolerance. It cost me close to $7000.

This table can only cut 2D foam parts, mainly cores and fuse

It can cut tapered wings like a Zagi - if that is the question.
It will also cut any 2D shape you can draw in autocad or microsoft paint.

Default patterns

ok i like this but how do you take a pattern and get it into a file form for the computer to use.i mean is it easy as taking a pattern from a plan and scanning it and using it in the cnc software or is other conversion software required and where is it available?
