Best small-field ARF?
I'm trying to help a buddy get set up with his first electric plane. We are hoping for 15 minute flights with mild (at least) 3D, and great slow speed performance (parkflyer?) With all of the motor, battery and ESC choices it's a little confusing as to which would be the right setup. I was hoping to find a complete package that has a motor and ESC that won't have to be upgraded to get performance, and a plane tough enough to take a little abuse (foamie?) Finding the right setup turns out to be harder than I thought! Maybe you guys that have already gone through this could give me a little help? We are both JR guys and we have a Triton, so we don't need a radio or charger. The only thing I know for sure is brushless and li-po, about the rest I have no idea!! Thanks in advance for any help....

RE: Best small-field ARF?
There really are dozens of options for each component these days but I've flown similar planes and used most of the equipment in their combo deals from the places below, check them out to get some ideas. These will be much better than mild 3D...
