Speed controller problem
I'm helping a friend convert to electric. I'm trying to test everything out with a Futaba radio/receiver set. i believe everything is hooked up properly but the problem is when i try to turn it on, the motor runs full speed ignoring the radio.
I'm using the speed controller to power the receiver, and the servo's work fine. am i missing something or is it a bad speed controller (its brand new)?

RE: Speed controller problem
Thanks for the reply, and yes the throttle had to be reversed but I did manage to find the problem. These things need to come with instructions lol.
I guess it was the sensitivity pot underneath the controller that needed adjustment. Turned it until the motor stoped and i had full control.
