I need a FEATHERING prop, not a folding prop
Ok, you've got a plane that's classic in style, and it's a gliderish thing. Flies like a glider, but the prop cant fold because if it did, it'd tear apart the fuselages balsa sticks on startup. You want to reduce drag, but you can't, so you stick with a standard fixed pitch prop. What about a prop that feathers when it isn't spinning? The blades just flip into position when centrifugal force pulls on it? I know the rubber-band free flight guys have something kind-of like this, where the props pitch changes as it goes througout the flight. I think it gets a steeper pitch, either from the beginning or towards the end of what's left in the rubber band. This is the ultimate solution for those of us with lightweight rascals and playboys (the old style plane) that can't have a folding prop! Now who's going to make one?

You don't NEED a folding or feathering prop just get the prop stopped. A stopped prop has less drag than a spinning one.

Hes not talking about the prop spinning, hes talking about the added drag that the aircraft experiences then the prop isnt moving.
As for the question, I was wondering that same thing myself. I have wanted this kind of prop many times and cannot believe that a company has not come out with something like this yet (as far as I know).

The variable pitch prop being sold for inflight reversing could probably be modified to full feather instead.
It does require a motor with a hollow shaft, and another servo to change the pitch.
Why not just set the brake on the ESC to stop the prop?
