Glider To Electric
I have a 2 meter stick built glider that I would like to convert to electric. I quit flying RC (GAS) planes about 30 years ago and would like suggestions on what motor, with folding prop, speed controller, battery pack and charger, I should be shopping for. I have a Futaba 4 CH Skysport radio that I will need to buy servos for, (What type, weight, torque). Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks, TiggerMarv

RE: Glider To Electric
I would go with simple outrunner set up.
1) AXI 2820/12, Jeti 40 BEC Speed controller, CAM 12x6 prop and TP4000 3S3P Li-poly battery
or
2) Hyperion 3019-12, Titan 50 ESC, CAM 14x8 prop and TP4000 3S3P battery
