Default THUNDER POWER PACKS ??????
I HAVE A 2100 3CELL PACK AND ONE CELL IS BAD IS THERE SOMEWHERE I CAN SEND IT TO GET IT FIX????????

if it is brand new...return it....


if it is used... destroy properly and then replace....


why do you say it is bad?
