Default AXI 4120/18 & Jeti 70

I have a AXI 4120/18 w/ Jeti 70 Advance opto plus two 9.6 (8 cell pack as suggested) 3500 mah. 14x8 e prop. The whole thing with batteries ready to fly weighs 7.6 lbs. I can't get it rolling fast enough to get it off the ground. Any suggestions??

Do you have the two packs wired in series or parallel? If you're paralleled, I don't think you have enough voltage. I think most are running that motor on at least 5s lipo's(18v or so).
