Default Large plane actro setup question, motocalc?

I'm not sure this is the right section to post this but...
I have a 1/4 scale ME-163, 82" span, I felt that having glow fuel all over it would be a shame so I ventureed into the electric realm. I went through the parametersof the plane
( 82"ws, 8lb empty, and a wide but streamlined fuselage) with A well known shop owner and he reccomended ( 80 amp generic speed controller with a bec wired in) an actro 24-5 with a 6s 4p 7000 ma to swing a 13-11 folder. I recieved the packs and they were 7s 4p wired as 2 7 cell packs 3500 ma each . I cant charge them but through a blinky balancer. ( my chargers are 3s and 4s capible)OK, he offered to rewire them, fair enough. I ordered the blinky anyway.

Here is the quandry.... I downloaded the trial of motocalc and it says this is a poor battery- prop combination It may result in excessive heat. it seems to reccomend a 14-9 with 6s 4p. Do you agree with his reccomendation or should i send them back have them wired as a 6s pack and use the extra cells to make a second pack.
I'm not blaming him, the tech who assembled the pack didnt read the instructions correctly and he is more than willing to correct the situation.
I am very concerned that the pack could overheat. If someone has experience with this motor in a similar application please chime in. Is motocalc very trustworthy as to its results?
Thanks Tony

First of all: You have bought a quality-motor! They usually run cool, and your motor could deliver 1900Watt. I love the Actro`s.

I think you should look for at least 1500 Watt for your plane, AUW could be as much as 5,5 kilo. And I would not go for 6S, look for a 8S setup, and use two 4S LiPo`s in serial connection if your charger is too small. Higher voltage and lower amperage give you a cooler setup, it is the amperage that is dangerous. (And you can use the 4S in a .40-size acrobatic)

Personally, I would have bought the 40-5 and ran it on 10S LiPo

I was on vacation and had dealt with this shop before. Id tried to stay in the smaller size prop range because the manufacurer used a 13" 3 blade prop on a 91 four stroke. Id assume it was to avoid prop strikes on landing. With a folder this shouldnt be an issue. I could use a 15" prop without a problem.
